My favorite food

 


My favorite food is lasagna, it contains dough layers and in between it has tomato sause, soy meat (in my case) and vegan cheese. To make a lasagna you have to stir fry vegetables like onion, carrots and garlic, then you add the soy meat, salt and dried oregano at taste and tomato sauce. While the water gets warm to finish cooking the dough that it comes precooked, you put it in a slab bowl with the sauce that you made early and the cheese on top, then another layer and the soy preparation till you fill the slab bowl and put it in the oven till the cheese melts. Lasagna it’s a food I don’t eat every day so it doesn’t affect in a negative way my health because its very tasty but it has a lot of sodium so it couldn’t be recommended it for an every day meal.
